Gertie is a new
grandmother, and she couldn't be any more pleased. Gertie is
from my original mold, and the baby is from a Parker-Levi mold.
Grandmother Gertie is dressed in a soft
cotton print dress, with lace bodice and lace shawl. She holds
an all bisque porcelain baby doll dressed in batiste and antique
laces.
Gertie was made
specifically to be displayed in a seated position. Her dress has
been draped to fall gracefully around her feet.
