Meet Mandy, one of my newest
original sculptures. I can't remember when I have enjoyed
working on a face so very much. I wanted Mandy to reflect a
sweet, innocent expression - full of wide eyed wonder, and I am so
pleased with the results.
This version of Mandy is costumed in a Regency Era ensemble. She
wears a velveteen jacket and matching bonnet and slippers over a cream
colored skirt. The skirt is made from a beautiful piece of naturally
aged silk satin, and trimmed with antique lace tape. |
